the 26th May 2023 as an accurate record.

special circumstances, be considered as a matter of
urgency.

Appointment to the Post of Director of Transformation
At the Appointments &
Disciplinary Committee meeting, 26th May 2023, the
Committee agreed to progress any selected candidate/s for the post
of Director of Transformation to final panel Interview/s to be held
on the 9th June
2023.
Under Item 5, the Chair of the
Committee will move that the remainder of the meeting be held in
private – for the stated reasons.

Exclusion of Press and Public
The following motion is to be
moved, seconded and agreed, where it is
proposed to exclude the press and public from the remainder of a
meeting or a particular item:
“That, under Section
100A(4) of the Local Government Act,
1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the
following items of business on the grounds that it involves the
likely disclosure of exempt information falling within those
paragraphs indicated in Part 1, 2, and 3 of Schedule 12A of the
Local Government Act 1972, as amended.
Those categories are“information relating to any
individual”, “information likely to reveal the identity
of an individual” and “information relating to the
“financial or business affairs of any particular
person”.
